Confidence is the Best Way to Achieve Your Goals!

All through life you come across all kinds of situations that make you really take time to figure out who you are what you stand for. I for one have been there many times! But weather it is change, loss, or even work if you can pin point exactly who you are and what you stand for you can literally achieve anything you set your mind to. Now I am just like most or even all of you and my confidence has had highs and lows many times in my 27 years! So I have struggled through some changes and achieved greatness in others! I have set my mind to and had confidence in quilting and some of the quilts I have made are truly beautiful. This of course took years of learning and an amazing supportive mom that truly challenged me and continued to tell me that I could do it. I have struggled through the life change of becoming a mother myself as most moms do. It is a very hard change from only having to take care of yourself and then in a day have all your focus on your new child and be forced to put yourself on the back burner. Now that I am two and a half years into mother hood and added another little girl I am more confidant in who I am as a mom and the way I want to raise my children, but again this took time.
About a year ago I went through a huge life change that really has made me stronger and helped me to be a rock that I never thought I would have to be. My brother decided to end his life and while I watched as my parents mourned and I myself was questioning why, I became so confidant about where I stood with the whole situation. To this day I am still able to be that rock and strong shoulder for my parents when they have their tough days. I am in no way saying that a loss of a brother or even a child is a thing to just brush off as no big deal, but I feel that God had prepared me and built the confidence in me that I needed for just this situation!
I am now going through another life change of becoming a "mompreneur" and it has made me change my confidence level yet again. I have become so much more vocal, strong, and less fearful than I have been in a couple of years and the results are amazing. I love being able to meet so many new people and not second guess myself when I am around them. I know who I am and my confidence level will not only help me achieve my goals but also help me help others achieve thier goals as well.

Take some time today and think about where you are and if your confidence level is helping or hindering you with your life goals.
